TAKE ACTION

I really like it when I get a notification from my iwatch to ‘Stand Up’ or to ‘Breathe’.
I actually obey, because it reminds me to be intentional; to stop and take a moment for me; to do something that will move me further along in the direction of my goal.

Today, right now, I will invite you to stop and take a moment to check in with yourself.

Think about your goals for the day / the week / the rest of the month / year and ask yourself these 3 questions.

1. Is today bringing me closer to my goals?
2. How satisfied am I feeling with my pace of progress?
3. What do I need to do to bridge any gaps that I am noticing?

And then take action!
