Please note the following for Chemistry Sessions:

During this chemistry session, you and your prospective coach will get to know each other. Your coach will use this session to check your understanding of professional coaching and provide clarification where required. Your coach will also seek to understand your needs and objectives and assess to see if coaching is the best intervention for your situation. This session will also be used to explain how the coaching program will be structured and the relevant fees.
