Leader, Are you feeling a little less than confident today?

Here are 3 quick tips to boost your confidence right away:

1. Focus on your strengths: Remind yourself of your accomplishments and skills. What are you really good at? What makes you unique? What are you celebrated for? What do people go to you for?

2. Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself and acknowledge that everyone makes mistakes. It’s okay to not be perfect. We all have a gap to perfection. Keep learning.

3. Celebrate small wins: Don’t underestimate the power of small victories. Acknowledge your progress and celebrate every step you take towards your goals. We are all work in progress . . . everyone of us, no matter how successful the person appears to be.

Remember, confidence is a journey, not a destination. Take small steps every day to build your confidence and believe in yourself. Leverage your network and the resources available to you like coaching as you grow.
