💡 What are you grateful for regarding 2024? ALWAYS START WITH GRATITUDE. Make a list or do voice recording of these gratitude items
💡 Who did 2024 see you becoming? ie How did you evolve during the year?
💡 What were been your biggest achievements / happiest moments?
💡 Of the things that you achieved, what items had you pre planned. Check off these items and savour the sense of fulfilment
💡 Of your achievements, recognise the items that were unplanned and purely the result of opportunity meeting readiness, or of requests or circumstances
Acknowledge how you rose to the challenge and what you learnt about yourself from those experiences?
💡 Think about the opportunities to excel or to deliver a positive impact (planned or unplanned) that you missed. What could you have done differently? Take notes
💡 Transport yourself to a ‘virtual reality of December 2025, what would you like to log as your 2025 achievements? What enablers do you need? What obstacles do you need to remove?
💡 Share your reflections with a professional Coach to support you to delve deeper and overcome any limitations in your mind
💡 Look into the future with gratitude, for each day. Each breath presents another opportunity to GROW and even to RESET
💡 End with this gratitude in mind and do something nice for yourself to acknowledge where you are on your journey, the progress YOU made in 2024 and your hope for this year.
