When I founded Acres Plus Professional Services, I wasn’t setting out to build a big consultancy. I had stepped away from full time employment to pursue passion and purpose, while embracing the flexibility that I needed at that phase of my life.
I committed to leveraging my global experience, comprehensive skill set and cultural fluency, to provide deep confidential support to Established leaders and Emerging Leaders alike – to lead with purpose, navigate personal and professional transitions with clarity, and grow in ways that feel both human, unique and high-performing.
I was keen to utilise my own diverse experiences to provide HR leadership, support and a safe space for leaders to work through their challenges.
It was an audacious move with no guarantees of success or a steady income in a foreign country.
