During this chemistry session, the Coach and prospective client will get to know each other. The coach will use this session to check the client’s understanding of professional coaching and provide clarification where required. The coach will also seek to understand the client’s needs and objectives and assess to see if coaching is the best intervention for their situation. This session will also be used to explain how the coaching program will be structured and the relevant fees.
