I am delighted to let you all know that the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has upgraded my coaching certification from Associate Certified Coach (ACC) to *Professional Certified Coach (PCC)*
This is in recognition of my:
– [ ] Having undergone a minimum of 125 hours of formal Coach training and 10 hours of mentor coaching;
– [ ] Having professionally coached clients for over 500 hours!!
– [ ] Excelling in the ICF knowledge and performance examinations at the PCC level.
– [ ] Having demonstrated knowledge and proficient application of the ICF core competencies, code of ethics and definition of coaching
– [ ] Having demonstrated via rigorous assessments, competence in using a variety of behaviours and skills in my work with clients.
I am excited at the opportunities and additional value that this unlocks for my existing and potential clients, for my organisation and for the stakeholders and employers that I will engage in 2024!
