2023 Year End is fast approaching and for many of our clients and followers, this is undoubtedly their favourite time of the year!
The flurry of seasons greetings, kind messages, prayers and festivities is already upon us.
Amidst all of these, come loads of frameworks, guides and resources to close out on the past year and transition to a brand new calendar year with intention.
This may seem a lot to juggle during a season when you also, simply want to take out some time for a much needed break to celebrate and savour quality time with family and friends.
With this is mind, Acres Plus Professional Services has used a coaching approach to develop a simple, easy to remember, 3 question acronym game that you can play with your entire family and / or friends during the holidays. You can also use it for team reflections.
THE WWH GAME
You can choose to answer each question in turns as a family, group of friends, or just reflect as an individual. It works over dinner too.
Give each person as much time as they need to respond and ask clarifying questions, where appropriate, as they go along.
You will be amazed at what will surface and how much fun, learning and support you will unlock!
