Gratitude changes EVERYTHING!

This day last week, I thought I was having a very ordinary day . . . a low key day, till I decided to stop and count my blessings.

Thereafter, I became completely overwhelmed with gratitude which propelled me right through the week and up till now.

I realised that some of the things that I may have taken for granted in the past are actually significant events that can and should be celebrated.

So I decided to share my list below (in no specific order), as a nudge for you to create yours, in the hope that you (and others) can ascend to higher levels of gratitude and positivity.

It can also make your work related self assessments and personal reflections that much easier.

Here we go:

🎯 I woke up in good health – that’s the first and major enabler for success

🎯I clocked 8000 steps by 2pm

🎯I met up with my pre teen son in his school for lunch at his request (now that’s big!!)

🎯I recorded one piece of content for my professional page

🎯I onboarded one new client (a CFO from the FMCG industry) and coached her in Session 1 of her coaching journey with me.

🎯I bought my mum a ticket to visit me

🎯I made some good quality progress on my project work

🎯I managed to eat half a Cinnamon roll instead of a whole one hashtag#selfcontol hashtag#joyinsharing

🎯 I discovered where to buy my favourite beef pie!

🎯I supported an emerging with useful feedback to develop her oratory, branding and presentation skills

🎯I supported a friend towards expenses for her fathers funeral

And this was all before 5pm!

Keep an account of the big things and the things you usually take for granted.
You will be amazed at just how blessed and impactful you are!

It will keep you grounded yet motivated to do even more
